The Joyful Vegan delivers small-batch, plant-based meals straight to your doorstep — reheat and enjoy! Each dish is made fresh on Monday mornings in a commercial kitchen in downtown Eugene, then chilled and delivered Monday evenings on the dates listed below.
Meals serve up to six. Order and pay by 9a on Saturday prior to delivery
