How It Works

The Joyful Vegan delivers small-batch, plant-based meals straight to your doorstep — no prep required, just reheat and enjoy! Each dish is made fresh on Mondays in a commercial kitchen in downtown Eugene, then chilled and delivered that evening. (Please note that the date listed on each menu item is when the meal is delivered). Meals serve up to six and are crafted to satisfy vegans and omnivores alike.
