Imagine having a healthy, satisfying dinner of up to 6 servings arrive right at your doorstep. With The Joyful Vegan, you can! We prepare small-batch meals on Wednesday mornings in a commercial kitchen in downtown Eugene, refrigerate them in the afternoon and deliver them to your home in the late afternoon/evening. Then you simply re-heat and enjoy! Our dishes have received rave reviews from even the most devoted omnivores.
You will nourish and replenish yourself and those in your home.

How It Works
The Joyful Vegan offers one dish per week. Customers may order for just one week or pre-pay for several, with discounts offered for orders over $100 and $150. ORDER and PAY by 12p noon on MONDAY prior to delivery: email TheJoyfulVegan.HL@gmail.com. Pay by Venmo (@TheJoyfulVegan98) only at this time. (For your first order, we recommend sending a small test payment by Saturday. We’ll email you a confirmation of receipt).
We are slowly scaling up our business, with a maximum number of orders per week.
