We prepare small-batch meals on Monday morning in a commercial kitchen in downtown Eugene,
refrigerate them in the afternoon and deliver them to your home in the late afternoon/evening.
Then you simply re-heat and enjoy!

How It Works
The Joyful Vegan offers one dish on Monday evenings, with multiple servings. Customers may order for just one week or pre-pay for several, with discounts offered for orders over $100. ORDER and PAY by 9a on SATURDAY prior to delivery.
Heather also offers her services as a personal chef.
Responding to inquiries from people with dietary restrictions, Heather has begun providing customized meals midweek, planned at least a week in advance. We also provide meals for small events. Please call 541-912-4012 if interested.
